Iterative design exploration
Through extensive design exploration and multiple iterations, I discovered the power of the iterative process in uncovering diverse user scenarios and business considerations. I learned that this approach is an effective way to inform and strengthen my design decisions.
Collaborating with the CX team, engineers, and legal team provided invaluable firsthand user insights. This experience taught me how cross-functional teamwork is essential to developing solutions that are both user-friendly and robust. It was a truly meaningful experience to see how thoughtful design emerges through multiple perspectives working toward a common goal.
